All CATI telephone interviewing is conducted from our North American call center. We offer English and French interviewing -- we conduct both business to business and consumer and medical surveys.

  • All new studies are pre-tested after programming, by Canadian Viewpoint before interviewing begins
  • All studies are briefed by a Canadian Viewpoint project director
  • Practice interviews are done by all interviewers assuring that all questions are addressed prior to the start of a project.
