This part-time position offers flexible hours for both day and evening shifts. You will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews for market research purposes only. No selling involved.

Online / CATI Programmer

This full-time position's responsbilities include:

  • Programming questionnaires for data collection using using CATI or CAPI software programs such as Voxco, Dash, Survent, Quancept, Quanvert, SurveyCraft, Ci2 or Ci3.

  • Programming questionnaires for administration via the web will also be included.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 or more years experience programming questionnaires for data collection using using CATI or CAPI software programs such as Voxco, Dash, Survent, Quancept, Quanvert, SurveyCraft, Ci2 or Ci3.

  • Should be familiar with programming skip patterns, rotations and quotas.

  • Basic understanding of survey execution is beneficial

  • Some experience programming questionnaires for administration via the web helpful.

This full-time position's responsbilities include:

  • Report directly to VP operations with additional direction from national field director(s)
  • Contribute in any way possible to the successful completion of studies and satisfaction of clients
  • Overall management of internal call center
  • Overall management of projects assigned to internal and subcontracted call centers
  • Responsible for study execution and cost control
  • Consolidate, review, and analyze study reports (sample, quota, costing and ROC)
  • Management, periodic evaluation (formal and informal) and regular motivation of supervisors and assistant supervisors
  • Responsible for adequate staffing of projects, and call center
  • Ensure multiple projects are prioritized according to instructions
  • Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and motivating supervisors
  • Responsible for project briefings and startup
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a professional work environment

Online Market Research Project Manager

Canadian Viewpoint Inc, one of Canada's largest market research data collection companies, is now hiring a Online Market Research Project Manager.

This full-time position's responsbilities include:
  • Assisting the client to ensure that all data collection initiatives run smoothly.
  • Participating in ongoing development of internal online consumer panel as required.
  • Monitoring panel & survey tool technical issues as needed and immediately bringing to manager's attention.
  • Managing online data collection projects, including:
    • Reviewing client-provided and internal surveys
    • Reviewing client-provided and internal feedback and amendments
    • Quality Assurance of programmed surveys, including management of existing internal French translation and QA process
    • Managing programming resources & 3rd party sample supplier to ensure that projects stay within their time and budget commitments
    • Monitoring projects in-field to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Ensuring that project files are organized, up-to-date and archived regularly
    • Immediately communicating any issues to the Research Specialist
